Booking was smooth & I called the facility and my reservation is on file.
My original booking was for 1 PM and I needed to change it to 2:30 PM. I called QC spa and they were unable to change it due to it being through a third-party but when I contacted Virgin gifts they updated the booking without any hassle.

Date I wanted not available on site but was quickly resolved and required date booked.

I had difficulty booking the date I wanted for the Summit NY, I emailed customer services where Michaela from Virgin gifts sorted this out fir me very quickly and professionally and managed to book the correct date and time I required, first class service from her.

Up up & away

We had a wonderful time. Matt was a fab pilot, friendly and reassuring. Gave us enough info and got us all helping with necessary procedures for the flight. Wayne and Mark were kept busy with prep and packing up after. So surprised at how gently we landed and very glad to avoid landing in a field with large pigs! We had a great time.
