After a smooth test drive, I learned that the vehicle had no MOT on collection day, despite my inquiries. I had to wait for two days before I could take delivery, and I also discovered that the car mats promised to me were missing. After expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund, the sales manager was initially polite but became dismissive, ending the call abruptly. I will not return to this dealership.
