The aftercare support is extremely poor; they disregard all communication when issues arise. It's best to explore other options to avoid disappointment. Fortunately, we managed to recover our funds after a long process, but it was quite tedious.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I was sold a brand new demo car with just 10 miles on it, yet it had several issues: the driver scuff plate wasn't installed properly, the boot scuff film was missing, and the center console was severely damaged. The car wasn't cleaned, and the protective coating was poorly applied. Despite raising these concerns with the salesperson and management, I received no response. Now, I'm waiting for a consumer advocate to help resolve this. Please, stay away from this dealership.

I had to wait for two days before I could take delivery, and I also discovered that the car mats promised to me were missing. After expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a refund, the sales manager was initially polite but became dismissive, ending the call abruptly. I will not return to this dealership.
This was the worst car buying experience ever. My partner and I were told the car tax would be £150 a year, but we were charged over £500 when we tried to tax it. When we raised this with the dealership, they accused us of lying and refused to help. Even the management ignored our complaints. I regret recommending this dealership to anyone.
