The website was quite misleading. There was no mention that the product I ordered would ship from overseas. After a week, the order status is still showing 'Info Received' with multiple stages to go. While the website states it may take up to 21 days for delivery, I can't see how that is possible at this rate. They need to be more transparent about the shipping origin. Based on this experience, I can't give them even one star. I'm very dissatisfied.
