This seller is utterly dishonest. They accepted my payment for a lawn trimmer but failed to deliver the product. They fabricated excuses regarding the delivery timeline, all of which were false. I strongly advise against ordering from this seller. If I could, I would rate them negative 5 stars. They act like criminals.
The website was quite misleading. There was no mention that the product I ordered would ship from overseas. After a week, the order status is still showing 'Info Received' with multiple stages to go. While the website states it may take up to 21 days for delivery, I can't see how that is possible at this rate. They need to be more transparent about the shipping origin. Based on this experience, I can't give them even one star. I'm very dissatisfied.
I wouldn't even give this company a one-star rating if there was an option for lower. This company is a total fraud! Do not purchase anything from them! The items advertised are not what you receive. I bought a lifelike dog for my father, and it looked like a cheap flea market item. My contact stated, after consideration, that I received what I ordered, even after I sent them proof. Now I’m stuck with a worthless item. It's really disappointing.
