I wish I had checked the reviews before making a purchase. I take responsibility for that. The glucose watch does not match the advertisement. The design is completely different from what was shown online. After waiting weeks, I'm very disappointed. Although customer service was responsive, they did not assist with my refund request. I would advise against buying from this company.
