This company is a scam. They have consistently lied to me about the where abouts of the £46 item that I had ordered for my son a month ago. They’ve told me that Royal Mail have previously tried to deliver to me but Royal Mail have no record of this or the fictitious trAcking number they provided me with. Having paid through Pay pal I was hoping that there would be some chance of getting my money back but reading the reviews that doesn’t look likely - why are PayPal associated with companies like this . Balma have refused to refund my money - they’ve pointed out that once they have your money the sale is final- apparently whether you receive the item or not!!!
