Honestly, This company doesn’t even receive the 1 star I have to give in order to leave this review warning people not to buy from them! I paid £52 for a ‘smart watch’ for my 5 year old sons birthday, it was supposed to have options to play games, take picture and count steps. The quality of the product I received wasn’t even worth £10 never mind £50! I wrote an email asking for a refund, Sent them a video and photo of the products received, as they requested and was told that I couldn’t return the product for a refund. In short, the company has explained that they simply do not care that the product was not up to the standard of quality the customer expected because they sent the product advertised. This really wasn’t the case as the watch doesn’t have any of the features described when I ordered. I’m now £50 out of pocket and have to find my son another present for his birthday. It’s disgusting that companies get away with this.
