This has been a disaster of an experience this Christmas. I ordered a tree on October 31st, and it took over a week to arrive. When it did, it was too tall, and returning it became a mission due to incorrect information and courier issues. I had to drive an hour to return it. They don’t do exchanges, so I had to wait for my refund. After a week of no updates, I called, and if I hadn't, I might still be waiting. Now, my replacement order is delayed too! It’s December 3rd and still no sign of my Christmas tree. While the trees are lovely, the company really needs to improve their return process. I'm so disappointed!
