Ordered a 6ft Frosted Sugar Pine Tree. It was delivered quickly and well packaged. Inside the box the tree comes with its own carry case and two pairs of protective gloves to put the tree together (nice touch!!), and a stand. Love the look of the tree and I can’t wait for Christmas 2026!!

Disappointing Experience with Customer Service

I purchased a tree and decorations during the Black Friday sales, spending nearly £1000. While all items were dispatched separately and arrived on time, one package never showed up. I reached out to customer service that evening to report that only 2 of the 3 parcels were delivered. It took 2 days for them to respond, telling me to just wait as they were sure it would arrive soon. After giving the delivery service a couple of working days to resolve the issue, I contacted customer service again for an update. It's nearly a week since the expected delivery, and the tracking number indicates that the delivery service has no information about the missing package. I've reached out to customer service twice now and have yet to receive any response. Overall, the products are nice, but the customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Disappointing experience with my recent order

I ordered a wreath from a company a week ago, and the tracking information never changed. Their customer support only provides automated replies with no genuine assistance. They seem to avoid taking responsibility, making this a very frustrating experience. I cannot recommend them.

Upon receiving my items, I was initially disappointed and anticipated a difficult resolution process. However, to my great surprise, the support team made everything incredibly easy. Remarkably lifelike trees, highly satisfied!

La calidad es buena, pero la medida que se indicaba en el sitio web fue decepcionante; el árbol de 6 pies tenía 8" menos de diámetro en la base. Si lo hubiera sabido, habría comprado un árbol más grande, pero ya es tarde una vez que está fuera de la caja. Además, contacté al servicio de atención y no obtuve respuesta.

The tree I received perfectly matched the online description! It arrived in excellent packaging, and I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance of the branches inside the box. The added ribbons, labels, and instructions made the experience even more special. The quality of the tree is outstanding and absolutely justifies the price.

A Complete Nightmare

This has been a disaster of an experience this Christmas. I ordered a tree on October 31st, and it took over a week to arrive. When it did, it was too tall, and returning it became a mission due to incorrect information and courier issues. I had to drive an hour to return it. They don’t do exchanges, so I had to wait for my refund. After a week of no updates, I called, and if I hadn't, I might still be waiting. Now, my replacement order is delayed too! It’s December 3rd and still no sign of my Christmas tree. While the trees are lovely, the company really needs to improve their return process. I'm so disappointed!

Outstanding service and quality items

Exceptional service from the company; the quality of the items is excellent, and there's nothing to criticize. I'm thrilled with my 6ft Nordman and the star tree topper I purchased. Very satisfied with my acquisitions from them. No issues whatsoever.
