The jewellery is beautiful and reasonably priced, but the packaging is excessive. There are too many boxes and bags and tissue paper. It's too much, especially in this time of climate crisis. The service should offer two options: a lot of packaging for gifts (though a bit less would be better) and minimal packaging for personal purchases.
