First off I had to return a dress I ordered. They were only going to give me the sales price. I hadn’t had the dress but maybe 10 days at most.I made an error when filling out the return slip online. I went back in to try and get a return label which I failed to print off after filling out the return form. I did not see a return label after I completed the form. I contacted by phoneBaltic Born least twice twice with the message that they would get back to me in 24 hours. I also emailed them requesting a return label. I did get a reply to my email three times with the same canned response. No one ever called me back.I had ordered a mother of the bride dress. The dress is still sitting in my house, not knowing where I need to return it. At this point, I’m wondering how reputable this company is.Leslee Weber
