I ordered from Baltic Born several times before receiving an email that the two dresses I recently purchased were "unsellable" and I was no longer able to return items. When I reached out for clarification they sent a picture of a few pieces of dog hair and then informed me the same issued happened 2024 and this was now my "second strike." When I told them I was never informed of the issue in 2024 and asked them to reconsider since I was never notified the first time, this was their response: "Thanks for your reply and no problem at all, we'd be happy to attach those pictures from our returns team as requested. Additionally, we did not notify you of the other two in February, as we only inform customers at the 3rd strike, as that is when our returns team alerts our customer support team, of the repeated return situation. We apologize for any inconvenience."Shoddy way of doing business...
