UPDATED: Received all wrong items and customer service won’t respond to my emails!

Customer service is ignoring my emails and this is the only way to get in touch with them!I ordered 10 items on Nov 13th, 2024 and only received a package on Dec 20th, but all the items were wrong. I did not receive a single one of the items I had ordered. I’ve emailed them directly and through their website form but I have yet to receive an answer in weeks when their website says customer service should get back to you in 1-2 business days. You’re better off buying from another website to not lose your money if something goes wrong with your order as they do not care about their customers.UPDATE:After my 3rd email to them and this 1 star review, their customer service team finally got back to me to try and resolve the issue with my order. Here is what ensued from 4 days of back and forth emailing. After sending them the requested picture of the wrong items for proof that I got delivered the wrong items, they suggested 2 options. First, get a refund and keep the items I received. Second, return the items I received and they will ship the items that are currently available from what I had ordered. I asked them which items they had available from my order and only 3 out of the 10 were in stock. I then asked if it would be possible to substitute the other 7 items with other ones up to the total price of my order. The customer service said this was possible and asked what size/colors I preferred. I thought this was great, but when I asked if they would match the discount I had on my original order (I ordered during the black friday sale) they gave me no response on this matter. I also asked them in 2 different emails if they could confirm to me that the shipping costs for returning the wrong items I got and the shipping costs for the new items being shipped to me would be waived due to this whole situation being the company's mistake, but I also never got a response back addressing this. The next day, still no response and I just got a refund confirmation for my order MINUS the shipping fees. So, they are not refunding me the original shipping charges for my order that they sent me all incorrect items for. Honestly, I was really hoping to just get the available items and substitute ones rather than a refund, but I really don't think it's right to charge the customer for the original shipping, the return shipping and the new items shipping when the mistake was on the company for shipping the wrong items in the first place. I am still very disappointed with my purchase experience and now also with the customer service of this company. I definitely suggest to avoid it because unfortunately, they genuinely don't care.
