You never get the same person. They’ll say nothing / offer no help wrapped in polite BS jargon. Three raccoons wrapped in a trench coat could provide better customer support. Items themselves are low quality. Bras are HORRIBLY uncomfortable. I don’t even want to donate them, that’s how uncomfortable. Underwear is cut for maximum VPL. Y THO?! Wish I’d never stumbled upon their site. Hope someone somewhere learns from my mistake.
