Their size chart is very off! Bought some underwear from them but don’t fit. Their products were shipped from NU, but their return address is in Canada! This means we have to ship internally within 30 days for exchange or return. I usually ship returns with tracking. But ship internationally with tracking is super expensive. If I return via regular airmail, there is no proof if they received my returns. If I ship with tracking, I will have to ship via Global Priority, and that is very expensive, especially they request to ship with their original “colored sleeves” which I cannot use the flat rate envelope.This is to say, they literally make returns impossible! Their shipping address is in the US, but return to Canada? What a tricky and unfriendly company!
