Terrible customer service. They don’t speak English as well as their website presents itself (they’re based in Quebec so their first language is French). I ordered over $100 worth of items and when the package was noted as delivered I was excited to try everything, but the package was missing. Reported this to Bamboo customer service and was told I would need to wait until USPS got back to them as they would have to open an investigation. First of all, shipping with USPS is not a good idea if you’re sending more than $100 worth of things. They are unreliable, and tracking is often wrong/delayed. Also USPS will never get back to you in regards to missing packages, so expecting that is silly. I had to email BAMBOO to follow up instead of them keeping me informed. It’s been four weeks and I’m still arguing with them via email about getting a refund. My friend who had recommended them actually said she’s going to return what she ordered because the items are NOT comfortable or 100% bamboo as they advertise. Overall it strikes me that this company is a sham. Really bummed because I was so excited to finally find a company which uses Bamboo exclusively.
