Ordered on April 6, 2025 package hasn’t ship as of April 23. I’ve contacted them twice to get an update on my shipping status and similar to the most recent review, haven’t been hearing from them yet.Try to avoid getting into a similar situation if you can (as good as the sale / deal looks like, because what’s the point if you don’t get the items 😅).At least until people report this shipping issue being solved…Update 1: still didn’t ship as of April 30. Update 2; received items over a month later, color of some items don’t match what was shown on the website, quality is « meh » with some item not even feeling like bamboo. The quality seem to have dropped compared to what i’ve ordered a year ago. Poor experience overall, I won’t be purchasing again from them even, unfortunate as I really wanted to support a canadian company.
