Update to My Previous Review (Jan 16th)It’s been 8 days since I received the company’s promise to resolve the issue within 48 hours. As of today, January 24, 2025, I have heard nothing back, and my issue remains unresolved. By now, the exchange time limit has expired, which makes it clear that this was likely their goal all along—to delay until it was too late for a resolution.This behavior confirms my earlier concerns about their lack of professionalism and disregard for customers. Their promises of follow-up seem to be nothing more than an attempt to save face publicly, with no real action behind them.If you value your time and money, avoid this company. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had
