Review Time
I bought 2 of the bambora sling carriers and 2 of the clip on storage pouches. Directly from the bambora website, what i recieved was a knock off version. I dont understand how that could have happened and I am infuriated as I paid good money for something and got a temu version. Doesn't even have the bambora name on it.
The product is shipped from china, doesn’t appear to conform to any safety regulations for safe carrying and there is no option to return the product. I won’t be using this for my baby and feel completely ripped off. I won’t go so far as to say I was scammed as I should have done my research better, but am extremely disappointed with the product.
*Edited: see bottom of review. This review is strictly on the company’s website. I’m always wary of sites that have only 5 star reviews. I came to Trustpilot first to gauge legitimacy and felt confident placing an order. However returning to the site while waiting for my shipped product to arrive, I noticed that some of the reviews used the same customer image accompanied by a different name and review. This product could be wonderful, but that’s a shady marketing practice regardless of the product quality and was disheartening to see. If the company is dishonest about its public facing reviews, I’m apprehensive about the safety claims made by the company regarding this product.*Edit 1: The company responded to my concerns promptly. I went to the website to screenshot duplicated review photos to back up my claim, and they have been removed. Will provide final edit once product arrives. Important to note: this product ships directly from China…at least in my case.
