Review Time
I placed an order for some clothes for my husband's birthday and received an email a week later stating, "We haven't forgotten you!" and that the parcel would arrive within 10 days. However, 10 days went by, and my husband's birthday came and went. I eventually opened a dispute with the payment platform and received my refund about a week later. I was shocked that a well-known company would handle things this poorly. I didn't check reviews before ordering, and after doing so, I was grateful I used the payment platform; otherwise, I believe I would still be waiting for my money if I had tried to get a refund directly from the company. I strongly advise against using their service!

What can I say? 1. Dishonest 2. Constantly being passed from one representative to another 3. No consistency 4. All representatives giving conflicting information 5. Repeatedly asking for information I've already provided 6. Wasting hours of customers' time due to company incompetence 7. Profiting through misleading customers.
They offered next-day delivery if ordered by 9 PM. I expected it the next day, but they used a courier that doesn't deliver next day for orders placed after noon. Why offer something you can't deliver just to secure an order? I wish I had checked reviews beforehand. Fortunately, I eventually received my order and am pleased with the quality of the children's chair and table set. However, I was disappointed by the unmet delivery promise.
I needed to return trousers that were too long after shopping in the city center. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt because I couldn't access Wi-Fi to use my membership card. At the store, the calm and efficient manager was able to retrieve my online receipt and process my refund. I was very impressed with her helpfulness. Thank you!
I typically shop both online and in-store. While online shopping is fine, returning items is a hassle, often involving long queues and only in-store returns. This is London, and staff are consistently rude and dismissive. Self-checkouts frequently malfunction, and there isn't enough space to manage bags. Staff attitudes further compound the issue.
If they didn't use polyester, I would be spending a lot more money here. I don't want microplastics in my system, and even their premium range consists of polyester. Thanks, but no thanks. I see no reason to pay £50 for plastic.
I ordered two waistcoats on August 11th and paid extra for next-day delivery. Two days later, they still hadn't arrived. Customer service was unhelpful, suggesting I return the items at my own expense to seek a refund. This will definitely be my first and last experience with this retailer.
