I purchased a bike group set for 400 € and paid 50 € for delivery, only to be asked at reception for an unexpected 150 € for customs clearance, which was not disclosed on the website. I refused the package, but according to the unhelpful customer service, it was never sent back to the sender, even with tracking provided. I have yet to receive the package back or any reimbursement. This has been my worst shopping experience ever.
