Awful experience with hidden fees.

I ordered a bike group set for 400 € and paid 50 € for delivery, only to be told at reception that I needed to pay an additional 150 € for customs clearance, which was not mentioned on the website. I refused the package, but according to the ineffective customer service, it was never returned to the sender, despite having tracking information. I have not received the package back and have not been reimbursed. This has been the worst buying experience I've ever had.

Fraudulent experience

Consistent quality and service

I've ordered from here 3 or 4 times now. They offer an amazing selection that isn't found elsewhere, with fantastic prices and very fast delivery. Timely delivery but packaging issues

Items arrived on time but were not in their original packaging, just in a plain paper bag. Assuming the best, they might be OEM and genuine, but that should be clearly stated to avoid confusion. After reaching out to customer support, they confirmed the items were OEM and offered a return for a refund if I wished. I opted not to return, but if the website had clearly indicated that the goods were OEM, I would have chosen to shop elsewhere.
