Items arrived on time but were not in their original packaging, just in a plain paper bag. Assuming the best, they might be OEM and genuine, but that should be clearly stated to avoid confusion. After reaching out to customer support, they confirmed the items were OEM and offered a return for a refund if I wished. I opted not to return, but if the website had clearly indicated that the goods were OEM, I would have chosen to shop elsewhere.
