This was a very frustrating experience. The company sent me the wrong item and failed to send the one I paid for. I followed their instructions, returned the incorrect item, and reordered the missing one, yet my refund was never processed.
This issue occurred in January, and it wasn’t until late February — after I reached out again — that I finally received an email stating the refund would be issued within 10 business days. I shouldn’t have to chase down a refund for the company’s mistake after already spending time returning the product. Extremely disappointing service.
