This was a very frustrating experience. The company sent me the wrong item and failed to send the one I paid for. I followed their instructions, returned the incorrect item, and reordered the missing one, yet my refund was never processed.
This issue occurred in January, and it wasn’t until late February — after I reached out again — that I finally received an email stating the refund would be issued within 10 business days. I shouldn’t have to chase down a refund for the company’s mistake after already spending time returning the product. Extremely disappointing service.

I purchased a pair of pajamas and was sent the wrong ones. It took 3 separate phone calls to finally get the correct shipping label due to the phone cutting out and confused customer service representatives to finally get them returned. I reordered and again, they sent the wrong pajamas. Then, they only refunded me for the price of the pajamas and not for shipping even though it was an error on their end. I will never order from this company ever again and would advise others not to as well!!
I bougth 5 times and they cancel my order in suspect of fraud.... i create new account and same thing dont know what is the scam or thing because i paid with my credit card and maybe for that reason they cancel dont know whats gonna happen if anyone paid with debit card
I bought several items on 8/4/25 at the BR factory onlineSome items were shipped with UPS and others with LaserThe ones in Laser did not move since the shipment date (8/4/25). The company stated that they do not have any updated information today,8/6/2025. The expected day of delivery is today, and the items are in TN not moving. I called customer service and they told me that they were sending a form to be completed via email The forms has not arrived Horrible customer services
I have been buying Banana Factory Slim-fit traveler jeans for over 10 years. They changed the cut to a higher waist, and it is unflattering! The salesperson confirmed my complaint and said others have noticed the same. Why would they mess up a good thing? If they want to change this, just introduce it as a new style with a higher waist and keep the "original". Now I need to find another go-to pair of jeans! I am VERY disappointed.
I've ordered dozens of pieces from BananaRepublicFactory. The clothes are fashionable and seem reasonably priced, especially if you hit a good sale, but when weighing quality to price, the value is not there. The linen really disappoints, you get one or two wears and one wash, it does not hold its color or shape. The cotton office shirts are okay (wash in cold, hang to dry), and the blue jeans are all right. The cream jeans, however, began pilling before they were even washed. Honestly, for the price of one pair of BananaRepublic jeans, I can purchase three or four pairs on ThredUp that are of equal or better quality. I really love Banana Republic fit and style, but I'm not okay with just one wear or a handful of wears at best.
