This claim is exaggerated and misleading. The phone has been well cared for and is in great condition. Minor signs of use do not justify such a significant price reduction. What followed was even more frustrating. Instead of honoring the original quote or returning the phone (which I requested from day one), they slowly increased the offer by small amounts over the week. This felt like a pressure tactic rather than a fair process. Even after a week, the final offer was still £70 below the original amount, which I declined. The phone was only returned after being held for about 10 days. Their business model seems to lure customers with high initial quotes and then sharply reduce the price once they have the device. I urge others to be cautious and not depend on the initial valuation.
