I may not be able to respond to everyone due to the volume of messages, but if it helps prevent even one person from being deceived as we have been, it will be worthwhile. I'm also planning to report them to the authorities tomorrow.

I've tried reaching out but spent over 30 minutes on the phone without resolution. I also messaged them on social media, but got no response... AVOID!!! UPDATE: They finally contacted me and said they would process the payment. I will update my review if they follow through.
The response was incredibly fast, and the service was efficient and supportive. Despite being closed for the holidays, my phone was sorted out promptly. I'm very satisfied with this experience. The staff provided excellent help over the phone as well.

I genuinely wish I had looked at the reviews before sending my phone! Like others have mentioned, once they receive your device, they respond with a low offer. They then counter with another low price. When I requested my phone back, they stopped responding! My phone was received on October 31, and it's now January 7...and they still have it! AVOID!!! Thank you for your response, though it's unfortunate it took a negative review to elicit any reply. You did return one phone, but you still have my more valuable device; I sent two, not just one! My original comment stands!
These individuals are complete frauds - I strongly advise avoiding them. I sent an iPhone in perfect condition, and they created faults to justify offering only a third of the original price stated. Now, I'm in a struggle just to get my phone back. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - they are dishonest and unethical.
I was quoted a very attractive price for my phone, which is why I decided to send it. After they received it, I heard nothing for several days, and then suddenly the offer was slashed to almost half the original price, claiming there were scratches near the charging port. This claim is exaggerated and misleading. The phone has been well cared for and is in great condition. Minor signs of use do not justify such a significant price reduction. What followed was even more frustrating. Instead of honoring the original quote or returning the phone (which I requested from day one), they slowly increased the offer by small amounts over the week. This felt like a pressure tactic rather than a fair process. Even after a week, the final offer was still £70 below the original amount, which I declined. The phone was only returned after being held for about 10 days. Their business model seems to lure customers with high initial quotes and then sharply reduce the price once they have the device. I urge others to be cautious and not depend on the initial valuation.
I received an email confirming my phone was received on December 15. It was supposed to be processed within 24 hours. I didn't get confirmation of the valuation until December 19. They advertised same-day bank transfers, but I didn’t receive the funds until December 22. The only positive was that they honored the initial offer.
I sent my phone and then, for some reason, checked the reviews afterward. After reading them, I thought I was in for a bad experience, but I was pleasantly surprised. They started with a lower price due to some marks, but we eventually agreed on a price I was satisfied with. So, a perfect score from me!
