I am incredibly frustrated with my experience and feel compelled to share my review.
Despite assurances that payment would be made within 24 hours, as of today 14 March, I have not received the promised payment. In addition, my three previous emails, as well as multiple attempts to reach out via the "online chat" feature, have gone unanswered. It's been over a week now with no resolution.
The lack of response is concerning, and I’m now left with no choice but to consider alternative actions, such as a small claims court filing/debt recovery. As they have not responded.
I’m also baffled by the company’s communication setup. They offer an FAQ, email support, and an online live chat feature, but none of these options provide real-time assistance. The contact number listed on their site leads only to a series of pre-recorded messages, making it nearly impossible to reach a live representative. If you can't provide adequate support, why even offer these channels?
I’m hoping for a resolution soon, as I’m sure anyone would agree that more than 5 working days should be sufficient to pay owed monies. If this company is serious about upholding its payment policies and customer service practices, it’s well past time for them to follow through.
