I placed an order with the company on November 19, 2025, expecting delivery within 2–4 business days. However, weeks went by with no delivery and only the status of 'preparing shipment.' After several follow-ups, I was told that the parcel was likely lost in transit and a replacement would be sent. I provided all necessary information promptly. On December 10, I was informed that the replacement was being processed and that I would receive confirmation once it was shipped. As of now, I have not received any shipment confirmation, tracking number, or further updates. Communication has been slow, and the commitments made by the support team have not been fulfilled. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend the company based on my experience unless they improve their fulfillment process and customer communication.
