My wife and I ordered 3 bands (2 for me, 1 for her). My two were excellent, but my wife received the wrong colour. After some emails between customer service and myself, we discovered that the colour she wanted was no longer available, so a new band was organised and dispatched quickly. Apart from the non availability issue, this is an excellent company to deal with.
I ordered a braided solo watch strap size 38/40/41mm "fits any wrist" for my Series 9 Apple iWatch.
The ordering process was good, I happily enjoyed the 60% discount, and the shipping was fast.
The "wine berry" colour is very nice, perhaps a bit darker than the photo.
However even though my watch is a 41mm, the hinge-length of the strap's hinges are too large, and stick out on the edges of the watch. They also don't sit tightly, making the watch band loosely attached to the watch. Worse still, because I have a small wrist, the strap is also too big on my wrist, and too loose for my watch to take the pulse readings, and other medical data.
I purchased two bands, one designed for swimming and another for more formal wear. They are fantastic! Both are comfortable, lightweight, and easy to switch out!
I encountered an issue tracking my delivery through the app, but the support team responded promptly to my email!

The strap is visually appealing and seems well-made. It's light, comfortable, and straightforward to install. The only slight drawback was the lack of shipping updates; I tracked it with the app, but it didn't provide current information. Overall, a worthwhile buy.

I placed an order with the company on November 19, 2025, expecting delivery within 2–4 business days. However, weeks went by with no delivery and only the status of 'preparing shipment.' After several follow-ups, I was told that the parcel was likely lost in transit and a replacement would be sent. I provided all necessary information promptly. On December 10, I was informed that the replacement was being processed and that I would receive confirmation once it was shipped. As of now, I have not received any shipment confirmation, tracking number, or further updates. Communication has been slow, and the commitments made by the support team have not been fulfilled. This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend the company based on my experience unless they improve their fulfillment process and customer communication.
Outstanding support from the team. Additionally, the Milanese Loop watchband was a huge success with my nephew for his birthday. As an executive in the luxury hospitality sector, he found the watchband both comfortable and stylish, perfectly enhancing his overall appearance.
At first, I didn't get confirmation of my order and was anxious about a possible issue. However, after reaching out to the support team, they quickly addressed my worries, gave me a tracking number, and even followed up to make sure I received my order (which I did). Fantastic customer service! :)
