My wife and I ordered 3 bands (2 for me, 1 for her). My two were excellent, but my wife received the wrong colour. After some emails between customer service and myself, we discovered that the colour she wanted was no longer available, so a new band was organised and dispatched quickly. Apart from the non availability issue, this is an excellent company to deal with.
