I have a contract with them until 2027, but their service is very slow and they have been untruthful with me after Tuesday. If it's a client issue, they demand extra charges. I've called from Tuesday to Friday regarding bin collection, and they claimed the driver was on the way, but no one showed up. When I try to reach them, no one answers, and if they do, it's the same excuse. I really dislike dishonesty.
