I have a contract with the company until 2027, but their service is very slow, and I've been misled after Tuesday. If there's an issue on the client's end, they request extra charges. I called from Tuesday to Friday for bin collection, but they kept saying the driver was on the way, yet no one showed up. When I tried to reach them, no one answered, and if they did, it was the same excuse. I really dislike being lied to.
