The check-in was quite unremarkable, and the overall environment felt rather lifeless. I didn't get to meet the veterinarian because they refused to see my pet unless we opted for one of their wellness plans, even though my pet was up to date with vaccinations. The assistant was pleasant but seemed to act merely as a messenger for the veterinarian. I won't be coming back, as it seems this place is more focused on profit than care. As soon as they realized I wasn't interested in those unnecessary plans, they seemed eager to have us leave. Please be cautious! Also, if you receive a promotion claiming your pet's first visit is free, make sure to have the coupon with you, as the assistant indicated a $75 charge otherwise. I will not return and advise others to do their research first.
