I am utterly frustrated with how I have been treated. I have faced issues before, but this experience is the worst. I scheduled an appointment for my dog on a specific date to check a lump and get vaccinations. At the end of the visit, I was told to call back if there were any reactions. Less than two hours later, I found myself at an emergency vet because my dog had a severe seizure, something she had never experienced before. It was terrifying to see her in such distress. The emergency vet suggested that the vaccinations and stress might have contributed to this. The seizure lasted over 15 minutes, and I was advised to contact her primary vet immediately. I called the next morning as soon as they opened, only to be told that my vet was unavailable and would return my call. I expected a follow-up given the seriousness of the situation, but I received nothing. After multiple attempts to reach them, I finally got through and was informed that only a temporary doctor was available. This is incredibly disappointing, especially after being instructed to call if anything went wrong. How can I trust this vet or the staff when my concerns are not taken seriously? I am appalled by how this has been managed. I plan to request my dogs' records and seek a new vet who genuinely cares. This experience has been unacceptable, and I will be sharing my story with others to warn them. I understand the importance of safety and communication in pet care, and I will be pursuing the cancellation of my wellness plan. The service and care have been dreadful—this place doesn't even deserve a single star. I will also be providing evidence of the emergency visit.
The check-in process was rather dull, and the atmosphere lacked warmth. I was unable to meet the veterinarian as they wouldn't see my pet without purchasing a wellness plan, despite my pet being vaccinated. The assistant was friendly but seemed to just act as a go-between. I won't return, as it seems this establishment prioritizes profit over care. Once they realized I wasn't interested in the plans, they seemed eager for us to leave. Be cautious! Also, if you receive a promotion for a free first visit, make sure to have the coupon, as the assistant mentioned a $75 charge otherwise. I won't be coming back and suggest others do their research first.
The check-in was quite unremarkable, and the overall environment felt rather lifeless. I didn't get to meet the veterinarian because they refused to see my pet unless we opted for one of their wellness plans, even though my pet was up to date with vaccinations. The assistant was pleasant but seemed to act merely as a messenger for the veterinarian. I won't be coming back, as it seems this place is more focused on profit than care. As soon as they realized I wasn't interested in those unnecessary plans, they seemed eager to have us leave. Please be cautious! Also, if you receive a promotion claiming your pet's first visit is free, make sure to have the coupon with you, as the assistant indicated a $75 charge otherwise. I will not return and advise others to do their research first.
I scheduled an appointment online for my injured dog and made arrangements for transport. Upon arrival, there was no record of the appointment, despite having two email confirmations from the service. The staff blamed the computer system. This location is poorly run. I recommend looking elsewhere.
The manager at this location shouldn't be in a managerial position. She is rude and condescending towards customers and lacks basic customer service skills. I wouldn't trust her with my account given her dismissive attitude. They switched my dog's medicated shampoo without informing me, leading to a severe flare-up. When I raised this issue, the manager demanded proof by bringing the old shampoo and insisted I should have noticed the change due to a minor difference in appearance. There was no acknowledgment of their mistake, and when I asked her to stop speaking condescendingly, she only became more rude. This is unacceptable management!
My recent visit to the pet hospital was incredibly stressful and disheartening. When your pet is unwell, you already feel vulnerable and just want assistance. Instead, I encountered a cold, impersonal process that made everything worse. The costs were exorbitant, far exceeding what many can afford. Every procedure came with additional fees, and some tests yielded no results, which felt like wasted money. The overwhelming amount of paperwork added to my distress. The environment felt cramped and unclean, and I felt invisible and unheard. This experience was isolating and left me feeling emotionally drained and disappointed. I expected compassion but received a transactional approach. I won't be returning to this clinic.
My dog passed away two months ago, yet they still expect me to pay for the ongoing wellness plan. It feels absurd—what use is it to me now? I can't benefit from it personally. From now until September 2026, I'll be reminded monthly of my dog's passing due to this charge.
Be cautious with the pet hospital's insurance. I had been a long-time customer but stopped going after management changes. I called to cancel my pet insurance in March, and someone assured me it was done. However, I’ve called multiple times since, yet they continue to charge my card. Recently, I was told there was no record of my cancellation request and that they would only issue two months of credit despite not having taken my pets there this year. I even found that I was being billed for pets that have passed away. I am incredibly frustrated and considering legal action due to the runaround I've received.
By mistake, we sent $600 to a representative and requested its return, as it was needed for my child. He completely ignored our pleas and refused to refund us. All I want is the $600 back—nothing more—so my child can have that money. We have proof, and if he doesn't return it, people should know who they're dealing with.
I felt misled by the vet tech, who seemed to prioritize commission from selling a wellness plan over my pet's health. I took my cat in for vaccinations and requested a haircut, but was told it would require anesthesia, which would be costly. I was pressured into buying a wellness plan to receive a discount. The vet even mentioned my cat's heart murmur, which raised concerns about the risks involved. After feeling scared and pressured, I signed up for the plan but later found a local groomer who handled it all for a reasonable price. In the end, my visit cost far more than expected, and the experience was distressing.
