The manager at this location shouldn't be in a managerial position. She is rude and condescending towards customers and lacks basic customer service skills. I wouldn't trust her with my account given her dismissive attitude. They switched my dog's medicated shampoo without informing me, leading to a severe flare-up. When I raised this issue, the manager demanded proof by bringing the old shampoo and insisted I should have noticed the change due to a minor difference in appearance. There was no acknowledgment of their mistake, and when I asked her to stop speaking condescendingly, she only became more rude. This is unacceptable management!
