Every procedure came with additional fees, and some tests yielded no results, which felt like wasted money. The overwhelming amount of paperwork added to my distress. The environment felt cramped and unclean, and I felt invisible and unheard. This experience was isolating and left me feeling emotionally drained and disappointed. I expected compassion but received a transactional approach. I won't be returning to this clinic.
