Be cautious with the pet hospital's insurance. I had been a long-time customer but stopped going after management changes. I called to cancel my pet insurance in March, and someone assured me it was done. However, I’ve called multiple times since, yet they continue to charge my card. Recently, I was told there was no record of my cancellation request and that they would only issue two months of credit despite not having taken my pets there this year. I even found that I was being billed for pets that have passed away. I am incredibly frustrated and considering legal action due to the runaround I've received.
