The check-in process was rather dull, and the atmosphere lacked warmth. I was unable to meet the veterinarian as they wouldn't see my pet without purchasing a wellness plan, despite my pet being vaccinated. The assistant was friendly but seemed to just act as a go-between. I won't return, as it seems this establishment prioritizes profit over care. Once they realized I wasn't interested in the plans, they seemed eager for us to leave. Be cautious! Also, if you receive a promotion for a free first visit, make sure to have the coupon, as the assistant mentioned a $75 charge otherwise. I won't be coming back and suggest others do their research first.
