I am utterly frustrated with how I have been treated. I have faced issues before, but this experience is the worst. I scheduled an appointment for my dog on a specific date to check a lump and get vaccinations. At the end of the visit, I was told to call back if there were any reactions. Less than two hours later, I found myself at an emergency vet because my dog had a severe seizure, something she had never experienced before. It was terrifying to see her in such distress. The emergency vet suggested that the vaccinations and stress might have contributed to this. The seizure lasted over 15 minutes, and I was advised to contact her primary vet immediately. I called the next morning as soon as they opened, only to be told that my vet was unavailable and would return my call. I expected a follow-up given the seriousness of the situation, but I received nothing. After multiple attempts to reach them, I finally got through and was informed that only a temporary doctor was available. This is incredibly disappointing, especially after being instructed to call if anything went wrong. How can I trust this vet or the staff when my concerns are not taken seriously? I am appalled by how this has been managed. I plan to request my dogs' records and seek a new vet who genuinely cares. This experience has been unacceptable, and I will be sharing my story with others to warn them. I understand the importance of safety and communication in pet care, and I will be pursuing the cancellation of my wellness plan. The service and care have been dreadful—this place doesn't even deserve a single star. I will also be providing evidence of the emergency visit.
