I bought a wireless doorbell from a seller that has turned out to be a total failure. The device struggles to connect properly, and the battery drains so fast that it requires daily recharging, rendering it ineffective. I even recorded a video demonstrating the issues and reached out to the support team multiple times, but they ignored my requests. After that, I escalated the matter to a payment platform, but they were unhelpful, and I couldn't secure a refund. It's clear now why the seller prefers that payment method — they seem to count on the difficulty of retrieving your money through it. Support and solutions are nearly impossible to obtain. Exercise caution. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
