I tried ordering a GT-Media sat finder. After a week i hadn't heard anything from them. I contacted them, i was told there was some kind of a holiday and it would be shipped the next working day. After 5 more days i still hadn't heard anything, so once again i contacted them. This time i was told there was in issue in the warehouse. So the third time i contacted them i was told it was out of stock and they'd issue me a refund which they told me may take up to 14 days. I will NEVER shop with them again.
i bought an electric bike (Order No: 116236415), and it arrived with a broken welding on the frame—a critical structural defect. Banggood’s support (Ticket: 20260124130240000528) had the audacity to tell me that 'broken welding does not affect the riding experience.' This is a total lie and a massive safety risk for a 29kg vehicle.
The hydraulic brakes are also defective. They promised replacement parts and repair compensation weeks ago but have sent NOTHING—no parts, no tracking, no refund.
A CRITICAL WARNING regarding PayPal: Do not rely on PayPal's 'Buyer Protection' for heavy items. PayPal told me they cannot force the seller to provide a prepaid return label. They only offer a refund AFTER you ship the item back at your own expense. Shipping a 29kg oversized bike from Germany is extremely expensive, and the seller (Banggood) is exploiting this to avoid taking responsibility for their defective product.
They are intentionally stalling and refusing to follow European consumer laws. STAY AWAY from Banggood for expensive items. They have zero regard for customer safety or fair trade.
The Mini PC I purchased stopped functioning after just 6 months. I initiated a repair request as the device won't turn on at all. They requested a video to prove that the power outlet was working and that the device itself was unresponsive. This was a reasonable request and easy to demonstrate, as the monitor was functioning on the same outlet. After uploading the video to a platform, the support team has not addressed my issue, responding with the same generic replies instead of providing actual assistance. I advise caution when purchasing from them; be prepared for the possibility of it not working. While it may work for others, I unfortunately had a bad experience... a loss of 400 USD.
I purchased a beginner r/c helicopter for my Dad from this recommended site. The pricing was quite fair, and while delivery took a little longer due to the holiday season, it wasn't a major issue. I highly recommend this service for any of your r/c requirements.

Exercise caution. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
