The Mini PC I purchased stopped functioning after just 6 months. I initiated a repair request as the device won't turn on at all. They requested a video to prove that the power outlet was working and that the device itself was unresponsive. This was a reasonable request and easy to demonstrate, as the monitor was functioning on the same outlet. After uploading the video to a platform, the support team has not addressed my issue, responding with the same generic replies instead of providing actual assistance. I advise caution when purchasing from them; be prepared for the possibility of it not working. While it may work for others, I unfortunately had a bad experience... a loss of 400 USD.
