This is a total lie and a massive safety risk for a 29kg vehicle.
The hydraulic brakes are also defective. They promised replacement parts and repair compensation weeks ago but have sent NOTHING—no parts, no tracking, no refund.

They only offer a refund AFTER you ship the item back at your own expense.
