4 months without my laptop or a refund - Poor service
I bought a Ninkear laptop from Banggood (Order #114864664) that after 10 months suddenly stopped working. Probably it was defective. After several messages (almost one month later) I received a Return Service Ticket and I sent it back for service. This happened 3 months ago and despite my efforts to contact support, I have received ZERO updates. This is unprofessional and a waste of money.
I demand a full refund immediately.
