I experienced two delays with this airline. The second delay was particularly frustrating, with four emails about new departure times just two hours before the flight. As I write this, we are already three hours behind schedule. A whole day of vacation wasted due to this airline's incompetence. They attempted to compensate us with a small voucher, but I will not fly with them again.
