As I write this, we are already three hours behind schedule. A whole day of vacation wasted due to this airline's incompetence. They attempted to compensate us with a small voucher, but I will not fly with them again.

We almost missed our connection, and our luggage was mishandled, causing further issues. This is completely unacceptable; the staff need urgent training on immigration rules.
