This was a terrible experience. We flew from one location to the main city, connecting to another flight. Despite having the appropriate status as EU citizens, the staff mistakenly insisted we needed a visa. They dismissed our proof and caused unnecessary stress. We almost missed our connection, and our luggage was mishandled, causing further issues. This is completely unacceptable; the staff need urgent training on immigration rules.
