Worst Airline Experience – Rude, Incompetent, and Zero Customer CareI had a horrendous experience with Bangkok Airways and I will never fly with them again. I was injured in my foot and had reserved an emergency exit seat in advance since I am 2m tall and need extra legroom. While I understand they had to remove me from the emergency row, what followed was completely unacceptable.Despite the flight not being full, they flatly refused to give me an aisle seat or even a seat next to me to make my flight more bearable. The staff and supervisor were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. No empathy, no basic customer service—just robotic responses and a total lack of care.The return flight was just as awful. I spent 1.5 hours on the hotline just trying to secure an aisle seat, only for them to refuse and eventually hang up on me. Absolutely disgraceful!This airline has zero professionalism, zero customer service, and zero accountability. If you have any kind of special request or need, don’t expect them to help. Avoid at all costs!
